Context
Beyond the operational and technical development of Disruptive Learning Solutions (DLS), I have served as the primary force behind our public-facing media and communications for nearly a decade. This has encompassed everything from designing our foundational brand identity to directing video podcasts and managing a multilingual editorial pipeline.
My goal has always been to ensure that our messaging remains clear, professional, and engaging, translating complex pedagogical and technological concepts into accessible content targeted toward B2B executives and L&D professionals.
Brand Identity & Art Direction
I designed most logos and established the core brand identities for DLS, as well as for our flagship product CinQ, and various projects that we have established with partners.

As both projects and online marketing evolved, I maintained and updated the brand designs, visual identities, and media content production for DLS and CinQ. Throughout this evolution, the principal challenge has been to maintain a delicate balance between establishing a brand identity that carried the professional weight required for the corporate boardroom while also utilizing aesthetic choices that evoke the cutting-edge gaming technology powering our solutions.

Video Production & Podcasting
I have recorded, directed, and edited all DLS video content using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition, alongside agile tools like Microsoft ClipChamp for short-form content. The following is a selection of the video content I have produced for DLS:
Video Podcasts
I directed and edited a comprehensive 30+ episode video podcast series in English, followed by a shorter French spin-off.
These were recorded entirely remotely using a flexible mix of Google Meet, Discord, and local OBS capture to balance participant ease-of-use with post-production fidelity. Over time the planning, recording, editing, and publishing processes were optimized to a roughly half-day procedure for final distribution across YouTube and most common podcasting platforms.
Short-Form Content

I have edited dozens of vertical shorts/reels tailored for social media engagement and quick-burst concept delivery. For a majority of these, I was in charge of assigning "questions" for team members, partners, and clients to answer as a means of creating interest in CinQ and of increasing brand recognition.
Marketing, Informational Content, & Interviews
I directed and produced all official CinQ game teasers and cinematic trailers, as well as various high-level concept explainer videos and game walkthroughs for prospective clients.
I was also in charge of conducting, recording, and editing both online and offline client video interviews.
Editorial Workflow & Knowledge Vault
Over the years, I have proofread, edited, formatted, and published over 330 articles across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, and the DLS company blog.

This required establishing and managing a full content pipeline, including:
Multilingual Publishing
Managing the English/French translation and localization of all DLS sales, marketing, and social media copy; ensuring that the tone and technical terminology remained consistent and relevant across cultural lines.
Rigorous Editing
I acted as the primary gatekeeper for readability, grammar, and spelling for DLS copy and articles. This was made easier using tools such as LanguageTool and my own custom plugin, Obsidian Replace Commands, to clean up recurring author quirks and typos automatically.
I was also in charge of fact-checking quotes, statistics, and external references for all our published articles, videos, and social media posts.
Visual Curation
Each published article was illustrated and visually enhanced using a mix of our own photography, copyright-free media, and curated AI-generated illustrations.
[!NOTE] While we briefly experimented with generative AI for visual media, the team rapidly decided to stop generating new images due to ethical considerations regarding the unauthorized use of human artists' work in training models.
Knowledge Architecture
Finally, to ensure that this massive volume of writing retained its long-term value, I architected a dedicated shared Obsidian vault containing every published article. Each entry was tagged and connected using the "Smart Connections" plugin to group content methodically by topic, tone, and subject. This was done with the objective of eventually collating these articles into published books.
